AriBnC is a company of a little over ten people. Each of us builds expertise in our own field — clinical monitoring, regulatory affairs, biostatistics and data management, or AI-Bio research — and learns it in depth through real projects. Specialists from each field work as one team from the start of a project to its end, so you also see up close how your work fits into the whole. We look forward to hearing from people who want to grow as experts in their field.
Roles we hire for
Postings open as the need arises.
Clinical research associate
Site management and monitoring for drug and device trials and health functional food human studies. You understand GCP or an equivalent quality standard and write your own visit reports.
Regulatory affairs
MFDS individual recognition and functional-labelling dossiers, US GRAS and NDI, Canadian NHP, EU novel food. You read the regulation itself and cite it.
Biostatistics and data management
Sample-size calculation at the design stage, statistical analysis plans, EDC build and CRF design, and the analysis itself. You have used R or SAS in practice.
AI-bio convergence research (ABCI)
Apply machine-learning and deep-learning algorithms and a range of data-analytics methods to biological data — omics, clinical and lifelog — to design, develop and validate health-related prediction models, and to run and retrain them after release. We look for experience with feature engineering, cross-validation and calibration, handling of missing and imbalanced data, performance monitoring and MLOps pipelines. Master’s, doctorate or equivalent practical experience.
How the process runs
How long each stage takes and how we reply are set out below. You are told the outcome either way.

- The person who does the job reviews your application. This usually takes one to two weeks.

Working interview
- We talk through how you would approach a hypothetical project. There is no take-home assignment and no unpaid trial work.

Leadership conversation and offer
- We settle scope, reporting line and terms, then put the offer in writing.
Personal data we process when you apply
Under the Personal Information Protection Act, the items collected and the purpose are published before you apply. The retention period follows the privacy policy.
